2. When I Survey
The rationale behind When I survey
was that a chorus is a chorus, but there's nothing like a good
hymn sung with organ accompaniment. So for that reason, the work
starts with MIDI & Organ, and after the Behold Chorus, the
organ takes over and has the freedom to shine on, doing grand
musical expression of phrases and ritards and all to really get
under the people and let them SING!
That's why the MIDI file stops when
it does.
3. The Order of MIDI files on the
Disk.
The PR-300 and PR-300s seem to read
files differently, and though we have occasional access to both
devices, we have not been able to yet pin down what we have to
do to get both boxes playing SMF MIDI Files in order...so please
follow the titles in the window untilowe get this figured out.
